Terms of use
Version 2026-09-02 · applies to orders placed while this version is published
These terms are the contract between you and STISH GO when you buy or use a travel eSIM from this store. Buying, installing, or using an eSIM means you accept them.
1. Who we are
STISH GO operates a data-only travel eSIM store. We are a reseller: connectivity is delivered over the networks of contracted wholesale aggregators and their roaming partners. We are not a mobile network operator and we do not issue phone numbers. Company registration and VAT details are on the Imprint page.
2. What you are buying
A data-only eSIM profile for a destination, region, or global footprint.
- Data only. No phone number (MSISDN), no voice calls, no SMS. Your home SIM keeps your number, so WhatsApp, Signal, and app logins keep working.
- The device must be eSIM-capable and carrier-unlocked. Check the Phones page before you buy.
- Each purchase gives you one profile, delivered as a QR code and a manual SM-DP+ address. A profile can normally be installed on one device, once.
- Coverage, networks, speed class, fair-use limits, hotspot/tethering, and validity are exactly what the catalog card shows at the moment of purchase. That card wins over any marketing copy elsewhere on the site.
3. Prices, quotes, and payment
Prices include the taxes shown at checkout. When you start a checkout we freeze the price in a quote for 15 minutes; after that you get a fresh quote at the current catalog price.
- We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our payment processors. We never see or store your full card number.
- Displayed currency is a convenience conversion. Your bank charges you in the settlement currency shown at checkout and may add its own FX fee.
- Your invoice is available in My eSIMs and in the order email.
4. Delivery and installation
Delivery is electronic and normally instant. The QR code arrives by email and is always available in My eSIMs.
- Install on Wi-Fi before you travel. Do not delete the profile: on most devices it cannot be reinstalled from the same QR.
- If provisioning fails, our watchdog retries and Support reissues a new profile. If we cannot deliver a working profile, you get a full refund.
- Install guides are at /install/ios and /install/android, and the Connectivity Doctor walks through the usual causes of "no data".
5. Validity and fair use
Validity starts on first network attachment in the destination, not at purchase, unless the card says otherwise. Once started, the clock runs continuously — days are calendar days, not days of use.
- Unlimited plans are governed by the daily fair-use allowance printed on the card. Past that allowance speed is reduced for the rest of the day. We do not call a throttled plan "unlimited internet" without showing the limit.
- Speeds depend on the local host network, your device, and congestion. We cannot guarantee a specific throughput.
- Data left over when a plan expires is lost and is not carried over or refunded.
6. Emergency 500 MB
Every paid plan keeps a 500 MB reserve on the same profile. It is a last-resort allowance for maps, messaging, rides, and reaching us — not a paid add-on, not a second QR, and not convertible into cash or credit.
7. Top-ups
A top-up adds data to a profile you already installed. Same eSIM, same ICCID, no new QR. Top-ups follow the validity rules of the top-up SKU you buy, which the card states before you pay.
8. Trial
The free 1 GB trial is one per person and device, for evaluation. We may refuse or revoke a trial we believe is being farmed with repeat sign-ups. The trial is not refundable, because it is not paid.
9. Crew Link
A crew organizer buys seats and invites participants by link. The organizer decides who pays: the organizer, a sponsor, or each participant.
- The organizer is responsible for the participant list they upload and for having permission to invite those people.
- Unclaimed seats stay with the order and follow the refund rules below.
10. Acceptable use
Use the eSIM for normal personal or business internet on your own device. You may not:
- Resell, rent, or commercially redistribute the data without a written agreement with us.
- Run permanent unattended installations, SIM boxes, bulk routing, or automated traffic that behaves like infrastructure rather than a traveller.
- Break the law of the country you are in, or the acceptable-use rules of the host network.
We may suspend a profile that endangers the host network or breaks these rules, and we will tell you why.
11. Coverage, outages, and restrictions
Some countries block or restrict roaming data, VoIP, or specific services. Where we know about a restriction, the destination card says so. Planned and unplanned wholesale outages are posted on the Status page. An outage of the host network is not a defect of your device.
12. Cancellation and refunds
The full rules, including the 14-day right of withdrawal, are on the Refunds page and form part of these terms.
13. Accounts
You can buy as a guest; your email becomes the identifier for the order. Keep access to that mailbox — sign-in links and QR codes are sent there. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
14. Our liability
We are liable for what we cause: a failed delivery, a wrongly charged order, a profile that never works. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as missed bookings, and our total liability for an order is limited to what you paid for that order. Nothing here limits liability we cannot limit by law, including for death, personal injury, or fraud.
15. Changes
We can change these terms for future purchases — for example when a supplier changes its rules. The version that applies to your order is the version published when you paid, and every version keeps its date. Material changes are announced on the store before they take effect.
16. Law, complaints, and disputes
These terms follow the law of our place of establishment as stated on the Imprint page, and mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply.
Talk to us first: /support or [email protected]. We answer complaints within 5 working days. EU consumers can also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
